Congratulations on joining the STAY Fit Family. STAY Fit is committed to helping clients accomplish fitness, and nutrition goals and achieve better health. We strive to provide the finest quality, evidence-based services that meet our client’s unique needs. STAY Fit policies are in place to better serve our customers, keep our clients dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and help business procedures run smoothly.

STAY Fit’s individual and family “In Home or On Location” personal training and nutrition services are currently offered to local Johnson County, KS residents only.
Online and Virtual services are available for both local clientele and to those NOT meeting local criteria. Online and Virtual services may or may not be available for non-local residents pending state laws for telehealth.
Prospective clients interested in using STAY Fit’s services must fill out a Health History and/or Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and Release of Liability prior to engaging in any training or nutrition sessions.
If it is determined through questionnaires and by STAY Fit professional staff that a client is unfit for beginning an exercise or nutrition program, a Medical Release form must be completed by your physician prior to continuing with any program offered through STAY Fit.
All services, training packages, wellness bundles will be prepaid prior to session.
Individual sessions may be paid for at time of service. Clients scheduled for individual sessions will be billed for a no show or late cancellation.
Clients must give trainier/Dietitian 24 hours notice of cancellation or client will pay for the session. (Exceptions are made by the discretion of the trainer/Dietitian.) If session was not paid for in advance client will be billed for the session.
Sessions cancelled prior to 24 hours will be credited and/or rescheduled for another time dependent on trainer/Dietitian availability.
Partial or prorated refunds are available for unused sessions upon termination of services by the client or trainer/Dietitian.
Refunds are not available for expired, unused sessions or expired gift cards. All prepaid unused sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.
If client is late for a session additional time, refunds or make-up sessions may not be granted.
STAY Fit reserves the right to change fee schedules and services available.
STAY Fit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and also reserves the right to discontinue service to any client for any reason.
All Services, Policies, and Procedures will be determined by STAY Fit.
Confidentiality: Under HIPAA guidelines all protected health information will be kept confidential and only released upon written consent of the customer or guardian. HIPAA policy is available for download on the STAY Fit website or HIPAA Policy
STAY Fit is committed to keeping you motivated to live a healthy life and these policies are in place to help the client keep their commitment. Remember that you are ultimately responsible for reaching your goals and what you do beyond training and nutrition sessions could affect your overall health and well-being.
